- Removes steel faster than the fine grit EP grinding wheel.
- It generally takes 1-2 cycles to sharpen one skate.
- A wheel lasts approx. 1000 cycles.
- The coarser grit gives the blade a rougher finish.
Ideal for rental skate shops and others who want to save time when sharpening skates.
60 mm wheels are best for goalies-, figure- and bandy skates (avoid this dimension for hockey-, children and rental skates. For those skates we recommend 100 mm instead).
